Meet the Trolls

22nd June 2015

Trolls sitting on Hadrian's Wall: created by Prism Arts Studio Theatre Carlisle (arts and theatre course for adults with learning disability and autism in Cumbria) for their upcoming production 'Raining Dragons and Trolls', which will tour during Family Arts Festival 2015.

Last week, Carlisle Studio Theatre took part in BBC Music Day through Hadrian’s Wall of Sound: a 73 mile musical relay across the country. But when they took the trip up to Birdoswald Roman Fort to perform their piece, they didn’t go alone…

Meet the trolls: part of Studio Theatre’s next production, Raining Dragons and Trolls.

In order of appearance:

  • Bognor who Plays in a Band
  • Frederick III from a Long Line of Distinguished Trolls
  • Terry: a score keeper
  • Sebastian who’s been Privately Educated
  • Tamsin: another score keeper
  • Philomena

Raining Dragons and Trolls will tour as part of the Cumbria Family Arts Festival in October and November 2015.

But before then, they’ll be doing a bit of touring of their own – and who knows where they could end up?
