Cumbria Family Arts Festival

As part of Cumbria Family Arts Festival, Prism Arts’ Carlisle Studio Theatre took their show Raining Dragons and Trolls, on tour to the Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal, Haig Pit Mining Museum in Whitehaven, The Old Fire Station in Carlisle and Theatre by the Lake in Keswick.

Caught by a savage storm while out playing, Nula and Elgar are driven into a dark cave.  They don’t see the warning inscribed over the entrance: Never Enter.  Here, they meet the Dragon that Holds the World, who sends them on a difficult quest: to travel to four far flung places of the world, find the four lost elemental dragons, and return them to the Castle of the Four Turrets.  To do this, they must convince those they meet to change their ways before environmental damage is irreversible.  They only have seven days to complete their quest…
