Creative Arts and Conversation for Older People

Free First Session

Creative Arts and Conversation for Older People

Prism Arts is running weekly creative arts sessions for older people.

We particularly welcome stroke survivors and people experiencing memory loss. You’ll be able to work with professional artists, to try your hand at a range of art forms, including collage, textiles and drawing.

Come along to one of our informal sessions, where you can meet the artists and other members of the group.

If you’d like to see if this is for you, why not come along and try a session for free?

Weekly on Tuesdays (booking essential)

The sessions take place in our workshop room, in the centre of Carlisle (between the Cathedral and Tullie House). Prism Arts, Carlisle Business Interaction Centre, 4-5 Paternoster Row, Carlisle, CA3 8TT

How much?

£6 per participant

Carers are welcome to stay to support the participant free of charge, or can drop off the participant for the session. (However, please be aware we do not offer support or personal care.)

We’re offering a free first session to each participant, with no obligation to join. This is just a great opportunity to come along and see if the sessions are for you.
