Tullie House has commissioned Prism Arts to work collaboratively with people with Dementia to change the way the museum delivers services for older people with Dementia.
For a period of 8 weeks in February and March, Prism Arts will be running a series of free consultative workshops for people with dementia and their carers from our Paternoster Row premises. Workshops will be led by Prism Arts artists and are free of charge.
These workshops offer a unique opportunity for participants to have a direct input in the development of Tullie House’s dementia packages. The project is about creating conversations and enabling people with dementia to engage both as groups and as individuals with the Tullie House collections.
The work will enable people with Dementia to have a direct say in how Tullie House delivers a dementia friendly service.
Workshops will run:
Dates 13th/20th/27th February and 6th/13th/20th/27th March
11am – 12pm and 1pm – 2pm
If you’re coming to our morning session, feel free to bring a packed lunch and join us for lunch between 12pm and 1pm. Or if you’re coming in the afternoon, why not bring your lunch and arrive early?
